BOX OFFICE HOURS
Through May 28, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday 4 - 7:00PM
May 29 - December 5, Wednesday, Thurseday, Friday and Saturday 4 - 7:00PM
Open any performance night from 4:00pm 'til curtain time.
Sunday when there is a performance, open 12:00 - 3:00pm.

CURTAIN TIME
Friday– Saturday evenings at 8:00PM; Sunday Matinees at 2:00PM

EXCHANGE POLICY
Exchanges made only for Season Ticket holders if the tickets are presented at the Ticket Office at least twenty-four hours in advance of the date on the tickets. No exchanges can be made after the performance has taken place. SORRY, NO REFUNDS.

STANDBY POLICY
For a sold-out performance Standby Tickets are sold in numerical order. Seating is made at curtain time, a refund is given if seating is unavailable. The Standby ticket must be presented at the Ticket Office fifteen minutes after curtain to obtain a refund. Refunds for Standby Tickets purchased in advance of the performance day with cash or check may take up to two weeks to process.

TICKET RESERVATIONS
Season Ticket Holders may call and reserve tickets at the ticket Office by using their pass code. These tickets must be claimed twenty minutes before curtain time. Subscribers should call if they expect to be late or will be unable to attend.
Non–season ticket holders may make phone reservations with a Visa or Mastercard. All sales are final — no refunds or exchanges.

SEATING FOR THE DISABLED
Please notify the House Manager or ticket office upon arrival that you have reserved a wheelchair space and require special admittance. Drop off in front of the theater is available to those with special needs.

LATE ARRIVALS
After the show starts, late arrivals will be seated at the discretion of, and in locations determined by the House Manager. After curtain time assigned seats may not be available and the patron will be seated in an available seat. The Western Stage does not accept responsibility for inconvenience to late comers.

DOCTORS AND PERSONS ON CALL
Please check in with the House Manager when arriving at the theater. Be sure to turn off all beepers and cell phones.

PARKING
Permits are required in all parking lots Monday – Thursday 8:00AM – 8:00PM. Machines are located in the parking lot and dispense permits, fee of one dollar ($1.00), four quarters are required.
THERE IS NO CHARGE FOR PARKING FRIDAY EVENING OR ALL DAY SATURDAY AND SUNDAY.

PLEASE: NO SMOKING IN THE THEATER, LOBBY OR PATIO.

PLEASE: CAMERAS AND TAPE RECORDERS ARE NOT PERMITTED IN THE THEATERS.

PLEASE: FOOD AND DRINK is available at the concession counter but may not be carried into the theaters.
